The terms under which Rubbish Removal Albury provides rubbish removal services.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before collection based on the actual volume, weight, material type, access and loading time.
If the scope of the job changes on arrival — additional items, different access, or different materials than described — pricing may be adjusted and confirmed with you before proceeding.
Collection
Collection is arranged by appointment. Same-day collection may be available, subject to availability.
It is usually expected that someone is available at the property to confirm the items for collection. Alternative arrangements can be discussed when booking.
Material Restrictions
The following materials cannot be collected under any circumstances:
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos
- Hazardous building materials
- Chemicals, solvents and paints
- Batteries and fluorescent tubes
Heavy materials including concrete, bricks, tiles, soil and large stumps require prior confirmation and may not be suitable for standard collection.
Access and Property
You are responsible for providing accurate access information when requesting a quote. If access is different than described — locked gates, no one present, stairs not mentioned — collection may be rescheduled or pricing adjusted.
Disposal
Collected items may be directed to an appropriate disposal or recycling facility where practical and available. This is not a guarantee of recycling and depends on the item type, condition and available facilities.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a collection, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee if the collection team has already been dispatched.
Service Area
Service is provided across Albury and surrounding areas. Availability in nearby and outer areas depends on the job, travel requirements and scheduling.
